  The staff were amazing not one of the them was rude they were always very helpful nothing was to much trouble and they were always happy and smiling. That is at the reception deck the food hall the bar and the room service. They were the 5 stars to us as we were thinking of going to check out. It didn?t help when other guests you spoke to said the same thing that they said this is NOT 5 stars. After 47 years of travelling we have never arrived at a hotel and wanted to turn around and go home. We booked a sea view and didn’t get one so we moved out straight away. We got our sea view but it was the size of shoe box. You couldn’t move past the end of the bed without bumping into it. The wardrobe was not enough for to peoples clothes as the fridge was in it. The pillows were awful wrong shape to big and puffy. I could hear word for word next doors tv and them talking in there room. I appreciate that you would hear them when on the balcony. I had a stool to sit on but no chair. We had two milks for a cup of tea each that’s one cup of tea each. Shower head was stuck in one position and you couldn’t adjust it and it wasn’t one that was fixed and was very small. I don’t think having a bath robe and slippers makes it 5 star. So once again we had to move. We are fun people and not old and boring and mix well with people and make friends easily and after all are years of travelling we have never had such an awful time.

  O hotel mais simples, mas com o melhor staff O pessoal da limpeza é espetacular, bem como o da recepção. Mas para mim o melhor é o bar da piscina, tem tudo o que é preciso e animação. O pessoal da piscina é fantástico e super bem disposto.

  Piscinas, quarto confortável e calmo, pequeno almoço. A possibilidade de nadar no oceano. Os miúdos almoçaram no restaurante da piscina e além de saborosa a comida é um preço muito acessível o menu para crianças. Os animadores muito queridos e disponíveis. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, adorámos e contaremos voltar certamente. Todo o staff super atencioso com especial atenção para a Sissi que transformou de Bom para Excepcional com miminhos para os nossos filhos.

  Love the hotel The hotel is beautiful and in e very peaceful location. Very clean with lots of green outside space. Definitely recommend it
