'Villa Santa Maria' is a small family-run enterprise, located in the city of Sibiu, about 2.5 km from the centre of town. The hotel stands under German and Romanian management and is built in a meditarrenian style.
Both owners look back on solid experience of many years in international cruise ship and hotel business.
The house is decorated with pictures and ornaments from all over the world and provides warm and friendly atmosphere to our guests
We offer tree different types of rooms, 6 rooms on two floors with A/C, no balcony, 5 rooms with balcony, and 6 rooms standard without balcony, all rooms between 20 and 40 square meters and generous bathrooms.
Six Rooms have Mountain view.
All rooms are equipped with Cable TV, free wireless internet access , toilette, shower, telephone and partly bath tub, mini bar, a/c, office infrastructure, and space for up to four people.
The restaurant has open windows with a beautiful view into the garden. Parking Area is also available to our guests
We speak Romanian, German, English, Arabic and Italian and provide professional service.
Cancellation can be done up to 2 days prior to check in in case of late cancellations or no-shows the first night of accommodation will be charged to the client. Child from 0 to 3 years old are free of charge
