Failure to return the required documentation or to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests, cancellation of your booking and all monies paid, lost
If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking
The property requires a security deposit of up to AUD $2000, payable only by bank deposit
This deposit will be returned 14 business days after your departure subject to a damage inspection of the property

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period
It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period
