- Quinta dos Bravos is located between Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande, in the São Miguel Island, Azores archipelago. Featuring 3000 square meters garden with rooms in the main building and some rooms in the garden building by the outdoor swimming pool
Each room here will provide guests with a cable TV, a balcony and a patio. Featuring a hairdryer, the private bathrooms also comes with free toiletries. Guests can enjoy sea view and pool view from the rooms.
Alternatively guests may visit the restaurants within 500 meters and taste the local gastronomy.
Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk, luggage storage and laundry facilities.
An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including golfing at Batalha Golf Course 2 km away, fishing and hiking. The property offers free parking.
The guest house is 9 km from the city of Ponta Delgada which includes access via ferry boat to the other islands of the archipelago and an International Airport. Guests are welcome to visit the Lagoa do Fogo and Caldeira Velha, both 8.5 km away.

Pros - Beautiful property with a pool, garden, and lots of plants. - Spacious room that looks like the photos. - Extremely kind and welcoming hosts. - Generally clean room. - Decent cold buffet breakfast.
Cons - Very poor soundproofing. We could hear everything outside and felt that others could probably hear us too. Our room was close to the breakfast area and office, so there was frequent noise and movement, and as breakfast runs from 8:30 to 10:00, it was difficult to sleep late. One night, guests checked in between midnight and 1:00 a.m., and we could clearly hear their conversations and even them taking a shower. - The internet was not high-speed as advertised. - Dust and dead insects were visible around the wardrobe, and the shower was old with ingrained dirt. The toilet was also stuck and would not flush properly. - No shampoo was provided, only hand/body wash. - Breakfast had no freshly prepared hot options. - Outside food and drinks were not allowed, while the property’s food was expensive: around €35 for a pizza and €40 per person for the homemade menu. - There was often a strong countryside smell outside, similar to cow manure. We could have raised some of these issues during our stay, and the hosts were genuinely lovely. However, we were on holiday and wanted to relax, not spend our time having uncomfortable conversations or managing problems. For approximately €1,800 for nine nights, we expected better soundproofing, amenities, maintenance, and overall value.

Y una piscina perfecta para desconectar después de un día de caminata. Está un poco alejado pero si tienes coche no tienes problema para aparcar. No dudaría en repetir.
