A security deposit of GBP 150 is pre-authorised on arrival for incidentals
This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
It may take up to 10 working days for the security deposit to be released back into your bank account
There is a strictly no smoking in the interior and exterior of the accommodation
