Valid ID showing a photo and current address will be required on or prior to arrival
This ID needs to be provided before keys are collected
A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals
This deposit is fully refundable within 8 weeks and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
